By "this" I'm assuming you mean "sleeping on a couch with your feet sticking out onto an ottoman. That does not look comfortable at all.
Was Paul looking for the coat rack again?

I thought he was dying, but he said it was just a cold.
That position on the couch was actually much more comfortable than it looks...thanks to the ottoman. The couch is impossible to sleep on.
